Returns Policy
At Do.Up, we’re here to ensure that every item you order for your projects meets your expectations. We want to make sure you get what you need to spark your creative inspiration.
Make sure products meet this criteria:
Items can only be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. You can’t return sale items, special orders, items that have been installed, modified or missing components. You must return unwanted product in their original packaging.
Complete the Returns Form: Once you’ve filled out this form, you’ll get access to our returns address. Pack your items carefully: Our products are delicate, so pack them appropriately to ensure they’re returned in one piece (and not bouncing around in their box). If they arrive broken, unfortunately they won’t be refunded. Keep tracking info handy: Hold onto those digits as we’re not responsible for any lost packages!
Once a refund is approved, you’ll get an email letting you know (be sure to check your spam folder), and allow approximately 3 weeks for processing. Should you decide to return any items after 30 days from the date of receiving your order, kindly note that you will be responsible for arranging the shipment and covering any associated postage fees for the return. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate returns or accept any items beyond the 30-day window.
A note on faulty items: If your item is faulty, please send clear photos of the item and how it’s faulty to us at [email protected]. But if you’ve broken a product trying to install it, we’re not responsible for replacing it (so take care).
Orders that cannot be returned
- Clearance items once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that have been broken during installation.
- Bulk orders, as well as door handles and pull bars, are non-returnable. Bulk orders are all orders that are greater than $1,000AUD in total value.
Administration & Reposting Fee
Admin Fee: A 5% administration and reposting fee will be charged on all returned parcels. Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee of $9.95 or $15(if sent via Express).
Return Conditions
- No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund within 30 days of delivery and place a new order.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be uninstalled, unused, and unmarked, with all original packaging, boxes, mounting hardware, accessories, and protective wrapping intact.
Sample Recommendation before Bulk Purchase To help you make confident choices, we recommend purchasing a sample before committing to large-scale or bulk orders. This allows you to confirm that the product meets your specifications before proceeding with a larger commitment.
Return Postage Cost
Return Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for all return postage fees.
Shipping and Tracking: We strongly recommend using postal tracking and insurance for returns, as DoUp cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Packaging Instructions: Avoid placing postage labels directly on the product’s packaging. Instead, place items in a separate box or bag to protect the product and its packaging.
